Initial Consultation

After a conversation by phone, a meeting onsite or office is required to continue the discussion regarding what needs to be accomplished while reviewing the actual site, permits, drawings, or BOQ.

A determination of a scope of work based on client requirements, specifications, time frame, and budget; including type of contract is to be discussed. The More information provided by client, the better understanding of the project is reached. At the stage “more is more”

This meeting with the Managing Principal is a free consultation with no obligation is important as it gives an indication of what services are needed and what is already on hand. Moreover, where possible, a general non-binding estimation cost will be given to client with 25% fluctuation. If client decides to move forward, will be begin the next step of our work.

Analysis & Proposal

All the information received from client will be scrutinized and checked against related criteria of work. In this process, permits, specs, drawings and bill of quantity will be studied in detail.

In some cases, these items are conflicting or need clarification from client or his consultant. If client wishes so, we can draw back on our experience to propose solutions to issues.Upon the completion of analysis, we prepare a proposal for work. The proposal includes scope of work, specification, material, timeline, and type of contract.

Moreover, the proposal will included recommendations for alternative items that client may elect to achieve his objective of the project.

Contract negotiation

Contract negotiation should begin with transparency and trust. Anticipating and researching clients’ needs before the conversation simplifies the process and creates a strong foundation for a lasting relationship. Both parties can view the working document to make changes and collaborate in real time.

All items that were agreed upon in the previous stage will be included as well as the type of contact, lump-sum, or re-measure, as well as financial obligations of the client for the services rendered.

Upon successful negotiation, the contract is signed and project is in first step of work. The ground work for the project is being laid for smooth site operations. And depending on contact, permits, material, and site office are being submitted, ordered, and scheduled.

Project initiation

It takes a team of dedicated people to achieve the goal. After signing the contract, preparations are being made to start work on site. Whether permits are needed or equipment’s and material deliveries, all these are being done.

A team is set for the project giving them all the necessary information and tools to accomplish work with the highest standards.

Moreover, the project is visited regularly to assure that the agreed quality is reached and exceeded. This as well as periodic meetings with client on site, assures that they are well informed of work completed as well future millstones.
